Hope, Care and Love Uganda is a non-profit organization which aims to help vulnerable families and their children in the capital of Uganda, Kampala. There, thousands of impoverished families live in slums, with many children without any form of income at all. Families have trouble providing food, and shelter for themselves, and are not able to come up with the required school fees to send their children to school. Many children never even get a chance to start their education, and end up adopting bad habits from living on the street. With limited option many children turn to robbery, and many girls get pregnant at an early age. Hope, Care and Love focuses on helping families provide in their basic human needs. Examples are providing food, clean drinking water, clothes, and helping with the required fees for schooling.
